Intro
A raise contract issues investment coin to associated subscription contracts. This contract manages the entire blockchain lifecycle of raising capital for various kinds of digital assets. An Issuer may choose to leverage a single contract to manage raising capital for an extended period of time, or to utilize multiple contracts that represent discrete phases of funding.
